My Healing Agenda consists of Paleo Diet and Weston A. Price principles for Wise Traditions in Food and Healing Arts. 

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others. After all, people like me shared their experiences and their life stories which helped me reach my health goals.

MASSAGE THERAPIST - HEATHER

Heather is passionate about bodywork and movement.  She has been a nationally certified massage therapist through the NCBTMB since 2008 and is a California certified massage therapist (CMT).

Heather’s philosophy on movement has evolved through the teachings of innovators such as Dr. Kelly Starrett, and Jill Miller.
