We love cycling and everything about it. No other sport can boast the “panache” that cycling delivers. TRIO has worked with every type of cyclist since its inception….. Road racers, Mountain bikers, Cyclocross and Tourists. Whether you are trying to hit a PR in your next time trial, conquer the mountains or flats, TRIO will make you stronger. Accurate training = measurable results.

Running

Whether you are training for an Ultra or marathon, your first 10km or just want to start running, TRIO has a coach that can help you hit your goals. A training program will cover all areas (run training, technique, strength and conditioning) so that you become the most complete runner possible. All driven by science to keep you injury free.

Triathlon

At TRIO we live Triathlon. It flows in our veins. Triathlon is a lifestyle, a badge worn with honor. Your accomplishments in Triathlon redefine who you are. Whether you are performance Triathlete, weekend warrior or newbie to the game, TRIO will help you master this art. Our Tri-specific packages will make you fast, lean and strong.

Gareth Thomas Coaching Plans

For Athletes of all abilities but with a passion to become the best they can be. All programs are custom to the individual athlete and include specific daily sessions for endurance and strength training. Programs also offer advice on nutrition, recovery techniques, mental training strategies and race preparation. All athletes are expected to train with a heart-rate monitor and keep a daily training journal. Each athlete should budget to undertake TRIO blood lactate testing approximately every 12-16 weeks to monitor progress and gains. (test fee are NOT included in the coaching program fees below).  Month 1 on each program is subject to an additional $100 season planning and consulting fee.
