Personal Training

The MDF Matrix is a proven system that uses science to build a customized training plan for athletes of all abilities to help them reach their performance potential. The process begins with an FMS (Functional Movement Screening) assessment, where we mesaure the athlete’s ability to move correctly. We look for postural, functional and muscular imbalances. The results of the assessment determine which phase of the Matrix the athlete will start in. All athletes will progress through the 3 different phases of the Matrix building optimal strength and performance on a solid, injury-prevention foundation.
