Before anyone can start any of our program they will have to step in our lab and go through a thorough health & fitness assessment. We start with a functional movement screening to recognize movement patterns that support your work, sports and daily activities. Because watching your weight is no longer enough, body composition is the measurement that matters now. Using the scientifically validated principle of Bio-Electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), a complete analysis of body composition comprising fat, lean weight, optimal body weight range, body water levels, and basal metabolic rates (calories burn at rest). The last step is a performance test to evaluate your cardiovascular capacity. Once we have collected all the data we can then establish your fitness score and get you started in any of our fitness programs.
