STEP IN OUR HEALTH & FITNESS LAB
Before anyone can start any of our program they will have to step in our lab and go through a thorough health & fitness assessment. We start with a functional movement screening to recognize movement patterns that support your work, sports and daily activities. Because watching your weight is no longer enough, body composition is the measurement that matters now. Using the scientifically validated principle of Bio-Electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), a complete analysis of body composition comprising fat, lean weight, optimal body weight range, body water levels,  and basal metabolic rates (calories burn at rest).  The last step is a performance test to evaluate your cardiovascular capacity. Once we have collected all the data we can then establish your fitness score and get you started in any of our fitness programs. 


SMALL GROUP TRAINING
 - This program is specifically designed to improve your functional health and fitness. Our world class coaches are all certified personal trainer and expert in program design focusing on mobility, functional strength and energy development. This is program is build for everyone, you will get a personal training experience with the energy of a group classes.
With a limit of 10 people per workout, we guarantee quality instruction for each member to maximize your results.


PERSONAL TRAINING
The TRIO system uses science to build a customized training plan for any individual that will lead them to their peak performance. You can, and you will. With the right coach, you will learn how to push your limits, tear down walls, and unlock your full potential. At every step, you’re driven by world class personal trainers. NUTRITION & PRIVATE CHEF
Here at TRIO we take nutrition very seriously. When you sign up for any of our training program you will have access to our Precision Nutrition coaches to work on finding the right menu for you. We understand that nutrition can be overwhelming at times and can be very confusing especially with all the different fad diet out there. When it comes to nutrition there is no one size fits all, we all very different with different needs. Let us find the right formula for you. We also have a private chef available to prepare your meals for you.
